College students:  You must have an instructor submit a verification form on your behalf.  You must also submit at least one reference letter from someone other than the person who completed the instructor verification form.  The reference letter should indicate the writer’s relationship to you.  You may scan these documents and attach to your scholarship application or fax or mail to the address on the scholarship application.

High school students:  If you’re currently enrolled in an automotive class, please have your instructor submit an instructor verification form on your behalf.  If you’re not currently enrolled in an automotive class, submit at least one letter of reference.  The reference letter should indicate the writer’s relationship to you. You may scan these documents and attach to your scholarship application or fax or mail to the address on the scholarship application.

However, Minnesota students who also want to be considered for awards from UAF, and other organizations should also submit their high school and post-secondary school transcripts.
