GCommerce, based in Des Moines, Iowa, is a provider of supply chain and eCommerce solutions that drive commerce in the Automotive Aftermarket. Following recovery from a cybersecurity incident in 2020, the company committed funding for four (4) scholarship awards annually to deserving students in the fields of Information Technology and cybersecurity. Requirements:
- Preference is given to students in or entering a full time post-secondary program at an accredited college or university or an ASE/NATEF certified automotive vocational school with an emphasis on Information Technology and Computer Sciences. Applicants should be planning a career in the automotive aftermarket.
- Applicants must submit a complete application with a minimum High School GPA of 2.5 and an essay with evidence of their prior experience or reason for interest in computer science studies.
