Automotive Aftermarket Association of the Mid-South

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must be:

• Applicants must be nominated by an AAAMS member in good standing;
• A high school graduate or possess a GED certificate;
• AAAMS owner-members themselves are not eligible to receive a scholarship, but their children are eligible, as are their employees and their children. Also, members of the immediate family of a Trustee of this Fund are not eligible.
• Be enrolled or planning to enroll as a full-time undergraduate student in a curriculum leading to a degree or certificate in an accredited college, university or technical institute in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia, or an Automotive Service Excellence / National Automotive Technician Education Foundation (ASE/NATEF) accredited automotive technical program;
• Three letters of recommendation are required.  Only one may be from a church or minister.  It is suggested that one be from the AAAMS member sponsoring the applicant.
