Jeremy Denton Memorial Scholarship

 

AASA and AASA OAC have founded the Scholarship with a restricted, one-time donation of $36,000. Other groups, organizations and individuals can donate to the UAF Scholarship fund by making checks payable to the Foundation and earmarking the donation for the Jeremy Denton Memorial Scholarship.

 

The Jeremy Denton Memorial Scholarship will present two $1,000 annual scholarships designated for one male and one female student pursuing careers in the automotive aftermarket industry. The scholarships are available to students in two-year technical college programs and vocational schools and four-year college programs and subject to the same requirements as other UAF scholarships: applicants must be enrolled full-time in a college-level program or an ASE / NATEF (National Automotive Technician Education Foundation) certified automotive technical program. Graduate programs and part-time undergraduate programs do not qualify. 

 

Recipients will be chosen by a selection committee appointed by AASA, using completed electronic applications filed at the Scholarship website, www.AutomotiveScholarships.com, and will adhere to the UAF scholarship deadlines for student applications and committee selection/awards.
